I purchased the lightweight breakaway safety vest in bright orange. This vest was for mountain biking in North Carolina during hunting season. This is a very lightweight vest which is important for longer rides. Additional clothing layers can become too hot - but this vest has a mesh material that breathes well and did not get hot.

The velcro fastenings are well made and do their job of breaking away if the vest gets snagged on a low branch. This is the brightest orange vest I have ever purchased. It can be seen for miles in the forest. I guess it did its job as a high visibility vest, since I am here to write a review.

If you are looking for a Hi-Viz safety vest that has breakaway - tearaway features, is light weight, and great value, I would highly recommend this vest.
